Good condition. Some pages near the front and the back of the book have foxing (brown or yellowish spots; a type of paper deterioration that occurs over time-- see pictures). The pages are all tanning / browning a bit with age (see pictures). A small number of pages have tiny nicks on their edges. The spine tilts and has creasing. The covers have some wear and some light creasing.
