This is a comic of Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse #37 published by Dell Comics in Aug.-Sep., 1954.  The grade is probably at least a Fair but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  There is a 2" tear at the bottom of the front cover and writing on one inside page.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
