Vintage Decorative Bird Floral Plaque Plate

This charming ceramic piece measures 9x9" and features fancy scroll designs with flowers and a bird in the center. No markings as to the maker - but my research turned up it was made by Alco Industries.
It was originally sold with an easel to display, so it does not have a wall hook, but I imagine some a hook could be added hot melt glue gun.

The condition is as shown in the photographs. A few scuffs on the paint, but no cracks or chips.
