Carburetor off of an 85 Honda ATC250ES Big Red 250. Carburetor is missing the plastic side cover. This machine sat for several years. I pulled the carb off and took the bowl off. It was obvious that the carb was drained before storage. I sprayed some carb cleaner through the jets and put gas in the tank. It fired right up on the 2nd kick like an old Honda does. It idled like a sewing machine and revved up perfectly. After letting the machine warm up and testing the motor, I shut it off. The carburetor started leaking gas out from the overflow so I know it will need a new float needle. The bowl o-ring looked dry but it still sealed off. I would replace it just to prevent future issues. If you take care of these minor issues this should make you a nice working carburetor.
