New, sealed packaging. I opened and inspected plus used to take photographs of the listing. I do notice that due to extended storage of this item, you will need to use a new piece of Aida fabric. It has discoloration. The felt is in good shape.  The threads look good with vibrant colors still showing without any fade noticed.
