Very Good condition.  Some handling and storage wear.  The metal cover is in excellent condition with some very faint patina as barely visible and shown in photos.  Stones are in good shape and appear to be set in place securely.  Bindings are all intact and the pages are in excellent condition.  Overall, attractive looking and in excellent shape, especially for the age of the book.

INSIDES: Pages are all in excellent condition with no writing anywhere, including the family records, genealogy and “in memory pages”. 

This book is close to new as it can be for its age.
