2. Specify Your Floor Color
   When placing your order, leave a note about the floor color you want or send us a message. We will confirm the color with you before production begins.

3. Product Details

   • The EVA flooring is fabricated strictly according to the listing drawing. Photos in the listing are for reference purposes only.

4. Important Fitment Check

   • Before placing an order, double-check the listing drawing outline shapes and boat model to ensure compatibility.
   • We are not responsible for incorrect fitment if the drawing does not match your boat. All deckings are cut based on the listing drawing, so accuracy is crucial.

5. Customizations Available

   • Material: 1/4" (6mm) thick, two-color EVA foam.
   • Options: Select your preferred color, texture, and faux teak style.
   • Custom Text/Logo: Add a custom text logo for an additional fee of $30 USD per logo.
   • Note: Routed logos and beveled edges will reveal the bottom color.

6. Production & Shipping Timeline

   • Fabrication: 4-5 business days.
   • Shipping: 7-10 days for delivery via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or EMS). We will choose the courier based on efficiency.
   • Ensure your shipping address, postal code, city, and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

   • Verify product dimensions and ensure they match your boat before ordering.
   • Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee for made-to-order products.

10. Customs & Import Fees

    • The listing price does not include destination duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery if applicable.
