Some experience in DIY automotive aftermarket accessories is recommended. A DIY remote starter is not for everybody and should always be installed by a knowledgeable individual with the tools and dexterity to do the job properly and efficiently.

One last, very important situation to consider when shopping for any remote starter system online is that if you’re not the DIY automotive type, don't order a system from us or anyone else for that matter; you'll just end up driving around town with the system under your arm trying to find someone to install it, and most shops won't. It's always best to buy the system from the same shop that's going to install it. Unless you know or find someone that will install it BEFORE purchase, you'll save yourself a lot of time and disappointment.
