Condition: The roof is still attached with the original cloth tape, but the building walls will need some restoration to stand by themselves. There is some discoloration and a missing roof slat, but the graphics and color are still amazing. See photos for better details.
These playsets are getting more and more difficult to find in this condition and this will make a great addition to any collection.
