About 7 inches tall and 4 inches wide. The wooden Santa is in perfect condition. There is absolutely no flaws. His cane was damaged above his hand. It was bent back into place as it is metal. Some resin is missing from the exterior as shown in the close-up picture. Because of the color of the stick, It doesn't even look like it was damaged. See pictures to judge for yourself.
