Apple GarageBand Jam Pack 2 Remix Tools NIB, MINT Condition SEALED

My brother would buy these programs for his Apple Mac, then never use them.  I have no use for them either.  They are sealed, brand new in box, stored in a closet for years. 
Requirements are copied from the box. 
Not a Tech person, so you'll have to gather what you can from the requirements printed by Apple.

Requires Macintosh computer with 600 MHZ.  PowerPC G3 Processor or faster to use.
GarageBand: Power PC 64 or G5 to use Software Instruments
256MB of physical RAM
GarageBand Software Installed
Mac OS X Version 10.2.6 or later
3.5GB of available Hard Disk Space
DVD Drive for Installation
