Andrea Bocelli is a celebrated Italian tenor opera singer who blends pop and opera music. He has sold over 90 million records worldwide. This lot includes two of Bocelli’s CDs produced in 2006 and 2009.
- Andrea Bocelli's 2009 Christmas album features 15 songs, including White Christmas, The Christmas Song, and Silent Night, among others. This CD features collaborations with Natalie Cole, Mary J. Blige, and Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Reba McEntire.
- Andrea Bocelli’s 2006 Amore CD includes 14 songs. This CD includes romantic songs ranging from the 1920s to the 1980s.
Carreras, Domingo, Pavarotti (the three tenors in concert) 1990
The Three Tenors in Concert was a famous performance in 1990 by opera singers Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo, and Jos Carreras. The concert performed in Rome, Italy, featured arias from operas by Verdi and Puccini, as well as other Italian hits. The concert was held at the Baths of Caracalla, an open-air venue that was used for the Rome Opera in the summer. Their debut concert became the best-selling classical album of all time. The concert features the most famous Italian opera arias from Tosca, Rigoletto, and Turandot, followed in the second part by beautiful Neapolitan songs. This CD includes 17 beautiful operatic presentations.
All CDs are in excellent condition: like new. Three Tenors CD has some minor scratches on the case (see photos)
