Windsor England bone china creamer and open sugar bowl have roses designs and gold tone rims.  

These are on the small side and are delicate. There are roses inside as well as out side of the sugar bowl.  

Creamer measures 2-5/8" tall x 2-1/2" diameter at top. 

Sugar bowl measures 2" tall x 3-5/8" diameter at top.

These are used pieces but look like new. No chips or cracks.
