It may be impossible to tell exactly what this ceremony was for

A couple clues date it past 1912 (the design of our flag) but before the 30s (presence of sepia tone). I'm about 90% sure this is indeed the White House judging by the architecture inside.

Taft, Wilson....possible inauguration or a WW1 ceremony.
