This is a vintage 1982 M&M's Ceramic Round Tan and Brown Character Cookie Jar with lid.  Unfortunately, the lid does have 1 small chip on the underside rim.  The cookie jar features the early green and orange characters making/baking cookies.  The cookie jar is marked near the bottom M&M's Cookie Jar Mars Inc. 1982.  The cookie jar measures approximately 7 3/4" tall and 7 1/4" in diameter.  Nice clean cute vintage 1982 M&M's ceramic round character cookie jar with lid that displays absolutely great when sitting on a counter or shelf!
