This is a vintage 1983 Creative Circle Needlepoint kit #1220 Cottage Boutique Tissue Box Cover. It is unused, sealed and complete. It does have two little tears in the corner of the plastic bag. This was designed by Helen Horn and makes an adorable vintage cottage to house your cube tissue boxes. It even has a cat sitting in the upstairs window and it has plants and flowers around the bottom. What a great vintage touch for any room with a retro or cottage theme.
