Enting enting gepuk is a typical Salatiga food made from selected peanuts which have been peeled and roasted first, then the peanuts are mixed with melted sugar and pounded without using coloring and preservatives.

 Enting enting gepuk has a sweet taste and there is a savory taste that comes from the nuts. The shape is like a triangular prism which when bitten seems to collapse in the mouth and what remains is the sweet taste of sugar and savory taste of nuts.
