Dyspepsia is not a disease but a set of symptoms such as pain or digestive discomfort most often occurring after meals.
The feeling of having a heavy stomach, flatulence, headache, gravity, gastric bloating, gastric and intestinal spasms, drowsiness or the sensation of burning are some of the symptoms characterizing dyspepsia, the mechanism of which is not known.
It is common to find this type of stomach pain when meals are too large during special events (family meals, holiday meals) or following a meal or dinner too "washed down".
