This is a copy of Spider-Girl No. 0 published by The Marvel Comics Group in Oct., 1998.  The grade is probably at least a Near Mint but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  It has been kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
