Five (5)  Model Train Transformers TYCO 399B, (2) 895, 899BP, & LIFE-LIKE T-615 Need Work. Tested with multimeter; they turn on and get power but do not move train forward or backward.  Possible minor cleaning would fix this but no guarantee.  Buyer gets all five.
