works well is complete with not all original items 

this came from a video game store close out so i was not able to get all the items needed 

this had the psone , controllers and games did not have the rf or ac adapterthose i had to come up with ''rf adapter is a aftermarket multi end 

ac adapter i went thru my bin found one with correct voltage value but wrong plug i did splice one that was close but not perfect but i found if you run cord under console worksto help contact and works good ,but i would still recommend you getting a oem adapter 

both games and controler tested and played
