Ideal for both beginners and experienced cooks, Glutafin Select Gluten Free Multipurpose Fibre Mix can be used to bake bread in your oven or bread machine, biscuits, fruit cakes, pastries etc.
Ingredients:
Gluten free wheat starch, rice starch, skimmed milk powder, beet fibre, dried glucose syrup, sugar, thickeners: (powdered cellulose, guar gum, methyl cellulose); calcium citrate, raising agents: (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium hydrogen carbonate); folic acid.
