This is a nice vintage military faux fur hat. This has snap sides & a button top. I tried so hard to make out the printing on the inside. It looks like it's stamped France with a number of 53 on top & under the France (or whatever it says), there is what looks to be 2 guns or swords that are crossed with an 85 behind it. You can zoom in on the second to last picture.
