Damaged Items:If you receive the damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and we will issue credit or send replacements. No claims will be accepted after 14 days.

Returns: Please follow the following steps---- Notify us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please specify the item number, address, name, products if applicable. We will issue you a Return number together with the return address
