Scarce TLS letter from Franklin Roosevelt working as Vice-President of the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland~ 55 Liberty Street New York City to Morgan Hoyt of Mt. Dora,Florida.
FDR congradulates his friend Morgan on his venture of starting a newspaper in Mt. Dora,Florida located in Lake county. Mr. Roosevelt states he wishes he could get to Mount Dora when he is in Florida this coming winter,but will be on a house-boat in the Keys south of Miami.
