TLS letter from Franklin Roosevelt from the White House to his personal friend Morgan H.Hoyt editor of The Beacon Light~ Beacon,New York. The letter dated July 19th 1940 is one day after he was nominated for the Presidency early in the morning of July 18th 1940. This would be FDR's last nomination for the President of the United States.
The letter is BOLDLY and eloquently signed FDR
