This is a rare and well-preserved Hollardops mesocristata trilobite fossil from the Tazoulait Formation, Upper Emsian, Lower Devonian, found in Taharajat, Djebel Issoumour Area, Atlas Mountains, Morocco. Trilobites are an extinct group of marine arthropods that thrived for over 270 million years, with Hollardops being a highly sought-after genus due to its distinctive features and detailed preservation.

This specimen shows exceptional preservation, with fine exoskeletal details, well-defined segments, and an intact cephalon, thorax, and pygidium. Moroccan trilobites are among the best-preserved in the world, making this a valuable addition to any collection.
