Buy with confidence you are getting what you paid for. You are buying a 3” 5 3/4” long sugar bowl (counting handles) and 5 1/8” long creamer.  There is a sterling stamp on the bases. The glass inserts are pressed glass having a visible mould line at sides. The glass parts could be made by a variety of glass companies including Duncan Miller, Viking, Imperial etc. 
The condition is very good no chips or cracks in glass no dings or dents in sterling bases.
