Vintage  Teddy bear by Laura Grant Design hand made  in Scotland in the 1988 by BEARS IN THE PARK

He is made of a light brown plush and has a plastic nose.    

He is wearing a red top,  scarf and red plastic boots .  

He in excellent condition with tags still attached .
