Remote has been used. It works good. But please note that it has a crack on the side. You get all items pictured. 

It will be shipped as pictured. Please note that it comes with some two and three pin cables. I don't know what camera it has been made for. 

 I noticed that on Amazon it is sold with multi-terminal cable. But I have received it with cables pictured. I don't know what camera it was used with.
