This is a Winsor Pilates Basic 3 DVD Workout Set with a blue Winsor Pilates resistance flat band.  Included are Basics Step by Step, 20 Minute Workout and Accelerated Body Sculpting.  All of these are in good condition with minimal signs of use.  The band is the long flat Winsor Pilates.   It is not connected at the ends like a traditional band.  You get the actual items pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
