Returns:
We don't accept returns but we will resolve all the issues with the product in case there is something wrong with the order
In case a customer is insisting on a return the shipping costs (both ways) are the buyer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Parts:
High-performance & electrical parts (chargers, controllers, CDIs, regulators, etc.)
Clearance items, special orders, tools, engines, manuals, books, oils, or used parts
Damaged or Defective Items:
Report damage within 10 days to receive free replacement parts
For LTL Freight, damage must be noted on delivery receipt or reported within 5 days.
If beyond repair, we may offer a return or replacement at our discretion.
