Shipping:
1. Item will be packed by quality packing to ensure maximum protection during delivery.

2. Your order will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days (not including weekends or public holiday). We will contact you if it is delay due to certain situations.

3. Item will be shipped out from China via Registered Post. It will be routed via your national post service provider. Tracking number will be uploaded and email message will be sent to you once it's shipped. Shipping website for tracking (depending on which courier service is applied) will be provided once it is picked up by shipper.

4. As the seller, we shall not be liable for any extra cost/ charge/ tax imposed by your custom upon arrival.

5. Item should reach your address within 2-4 weeks depending on country/region, subject to custom clearance and countries destination.

6. Kindly contact us should you fail to receive your item within 21 business days so that we could track and trace your item.

Return Policy:

2. Items can be returned for exchange within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
