1990 Honda Cbr1000f Hurricane Engine Motor 70K Miles 2225

This engine runs but has higher miles and shows signs of heavier wear. It came from a running bike that had been sitting for some time. This came from a running 1990 CBR1000F "Hurricane" with 70,549 miles on the odometer. We do not know the service history of this engine. It was running when we took the bike apart. We performed a cold compression test and got the following results: Cyl 1 - 115psi Cyl 2 - 80psi Cyl 3 - 130psi Cyl 4 - 150psi. Given the miles and the compression, I would say this engine is ready for a top end service. There are no cracks or damages to the covers (other than the plastic covers). This engine did not have any leaks.

This engine will be shipped via FedEx Freight, so the buyer will be responsible for picking it up from their local distribution center! Residential freight shipping will add $200-$300 to shipping cost, but can be applied at the buyer's expense.
