New , no box.  Big 3.4 size not the smaller 3.1 size most other sellers are selling.  See photo for fill line, not used but manufacturer may not fill way up to the top.  Also note damaged/chipped corners of bottle, does not affect the product but be careful handling the bottle, has been priced less due to this
