This is an adorable vintage square dance dress by Partners Please / Malco Modes, in a delightful sunny yellow.,
Marked a size 8. Please check measurements to best predict fit.
65% polyester, 35% cotton.
Made in the USA. I believe it dates to the 70s or 80s.
White lace trim, and little pink ribbon rose accents.
Slightly scooped neckline with lace trim.
Puff sleeves with ruffle hem and lace trim, Tiny pink ribbon rose and eyelet ruffle nosegay.
Fitted bodice with bust darts and darts through the torso.
The back waist seam has elastic, but it is mostly relaxed. Does not appear to affect wearability.
Back nylon lapped zipper.
Gathered full skirt with scalloped ruffle effect at hem, accented with lace and ribbon rose nosegays.
Detached tie sash.
Shown with a crinoline, which is not included.
In excellent very gently pre-owned condition, with no obvious signs of a previous life. Immaculately clean and ready to wear.
