Dog Figurines Smoky Chained Hand Blow Glass Painted Set of 3

In good condition for age. Shows signs of age and usage. Unsure why they are chained. The chain is metal and gold color. They have painted accents. Have a smoky look to them. Could use thorough cleaning but left to collector discretion. Measures about 3" x 1" x 2.75" a piece. Please see photos.
