This is a card game entitled Leftdiculous: A Game Mocking American Politics The Right Way: Together from Right Entertainment. The game is complete with instructions and the "Don't Be A Donkey" sticker.

The box is tearing along on edge; the lid has been bumped on one end (it looks like it was bumped and it caused the tear). The cards, instructions, and sticker are in excellent condition (I'm not sure they were actually used).
