This is a very nice & sexy mesh paneled maxi skirt with slits between panels. That waist is satin & ties. This shows a size of XS/S, but this can be adjusted just like the photos. I wrapped it around an extra time. I wear a Medium & I still had plenty of room. (That is why it's hard to measure the waist) . Waist to hem measures 42".
