DESIGNER'S DESCRIPTION:

Make an entrance in this lovely embellished surplice gown. The chiffon overlay is embellished with an abstract pattern of beads and sequins through, and stunning floral beaded details grace the mid-skirt and hem. The long puff-shoulder sleeves feature beaded detailing at the cuff, and the natural waist is defined by a hand-beaded floral belt.
