1. Please ask all questions BEFORE purchasing. Please review photos closely. From smoke free / Pet free home. For sealed items: I cannot guarantee the condition of sealed items as I am unable to open it for direct checking or else it looses it's value as a sealed item. So, it is sold as is.

2. All sales are final and returns are not accepted (unless what you received is not what was listed).

3. Buyer pays for customs/ import taxes / tariffs / duty fees of their own country. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these extra costs are before buying. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Delays in delivery may be customs or postal service related which cannot be controlled.
