Product Description

A kitchen workhorse, the D5® Weeknight Pan utilizes 5-ply bonded construction with alternating layers of stainless steel and aluminum for warp-free durability and supremely even heating that eliminates hotspots. It has a wide base for searing and sautéing ingredients over higher heat and sloped rounded sides to contain liquids and facilitate stirring when you're simmering stews, whisking sauces or browning meats. Lid locks in moisture and heat after browning to finish cooking ingredients, either on the stovetop or in the oven. This pan is ideal for preparing one-pan meals during a busy week.
