New OEM Genuine Lexus Door Mirror. New OEM less the box - not aftermarket junk!  It was stored with other parts in a bin without the box which left scratches as shown in the paint.  NO damage, no repairs - never installed. 

Fits: 2009-2013 IS250 or IS350 sedan only - does not fit convertible!
