How do I activate smart mode?
Place the device flat and still on the shore, avoiding any movement. Once the orange light turns on, submerge it in the water. This will activate smart mode.

How do I activate random mode?
Stand the device upright and keep it still on the shore, avoiding any movement. Once the blue light turns on, submerge it in the water. This will activate random mode.

What do the different light indicators on the product mean?
The green light flashing indicates the machine is initializing, the orange light means the S-shaped cleaning mode is activated, and the blue light indicates the random cleaning mode is activated.

Why does the machine stop working after a certain period?
Our machine operates for three hours and then stops for three hours, repeating this cycle until it reaches a total working time of 48 hours. It does not operate during nighttime.

Why is the device's light continuously flashing in "color" and not moving?
The device has entered a fault mode. Please check if the device is stuck or if the propeller is tangled and unable to function.
Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
