Pre-Owned, the shoes are in pre-owned condition as shown in photos. They have the typical "rolls" in the leather which is usual with shell cordovan leather. I show close up so you can see the exact shoes you will receive. They have uneven heel wear as shown in the photos of the heels. I have heard they can be filed down but I am selling as they are and you can choose to either file down, wear as is or have the heels replaced. I have discounted the shoes to give you a nice discount so you can replace the heels.  

You can just make out the H on the bottom sole from the word Hanover, the rest of the lettering has worn off through the years.
