Gun drawn, Manila detective Federico Jaymalin goes after the referee, Capt. Johnny Laconico of the Philippine Military Academy, after a fight between Leo Zulueta and romy Sison. A detective restrains Jaymalin, chief second of Zulueta, who lost the 10-round bout by unanimous decision. Fellow detectives of Jaymalin ganged up on the judges in a ringside battle.
