Up for sale is a 1999 P & D Connecticut State Quarter set, a 1999 P & D Delaware State Quarter set, a 2000 P & D Massachusetts State Quarter set and a 2001 P & D New York State Quarter set. All these sets are slabbed by ICG with the coin designer's signature encased in the slab with the quarters. These sets are all numbered the same. I do not believe I ever saw Signature Series Sets with the same number, this is quite a unique set of coins. You will receive all 8 coins with the same number.
