For sale is used Nikon SB-15 flash SN 544474. It will fit many Nikon digital SLR cameras. Please check your camera manual for compatibility issues. Or check this link for more info on Nikon site.  It will be shipped as pictured. Flash will need 4 AA size batteries to operate.  Please look at the pictures above.

Cosmetic condition:

I would rate flash at 9 on a scale from 1 to 10. Flash shows light  wear. It is very clean. It has no corrosion inside battery holder. I don't see any damage. It looks good.
