This is the original, vintage white label promotional issue, 45 rpm release of Frank Sinatra's, "High Hopes". Flipside: "All My Tomorrows". Record label Capitol F4214.
Condition is VG (very good), having light surface scratches. There is a hairline crack that does not affect play. Any question, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
