Payment

We accept payments by PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card . The free Guest Checkout feature allow you to make your payment without opening an account.

We are required to collect North Carolina sales tax when Ship-To address is in North Carolina.

Shipping

We offer combined shipping for customers who purchase multiple items. Normally, our system will combine your shipping fee automatically when you check out (Please use shopping cart). You can contact us for invoice if shipping is not combined BEFORE you pay. Separate payments will not be combined at the reduced shipping rate.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped as quickly as possible. We do our best to ship items within 0-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Usually we ship next business day, but some items we will ship in 2-3 business days. All items are shipped by First Class mail with a Delivery Confirmation which normally takes about 2-4 days (Domestic US orders). You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Upon receiving a tracking number, please track your item via the USPS web site.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return

Returns accepted within 14 days of received item. Please message us BEFORE shipping the item back. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
